Since starting Collier Construction in 2001, Ethan has set the highest priority on customer needs and building a unique and quality product that both he and the customer love.

“For us, it’s not about building a product as much as it is about customer service. I think that’s unusual in construction, but for us it’s about looking at how we can meet the need of each client. Our commitment to customer service really sets us apart.”

Ethan has a very hands-on approach to beginning any project his company takes on. He is the first person to speak with each potential customer, and it’s his desire to make sure that Collier Construction is a good fit for all potential projects. Then he works side-by-side with his staff to ensure they have what they need in order to get the job done correctly.

While Collier Construction puts its focus on customer service, the company remains dedicated to the highest quality of construction techniques and getting the job done right. In 2009 Collier received the President’s Award from the Home Builders Association of Southeast Tennessee and in 2010 the President’s Award from the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga. Collier was named 2011 Small Business of the Year by the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce and also received the Torch Award from the Better Business Bureau in 2013.

Ethan is a LEED® accredited professional builder and is licensed to build in Tennessee and Georgia. He has previously been recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by the Young Professional Association of Chattanooga and actively engages issues of economic development and environmental stewardship in our community. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Home Builders Association of Southeast Tennessee and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga. He is a member of the Construction Management Advisory Committee for ITT Technical Institute and also serves on the United States Green Building Council.
